    • Newsticker animation
    • UI improvements for calls
    • Camera icon

According to WABetainfo, WhatsApp is testing some new features in the latest beta versions of Android. The version 2.20.198.11 brings a new ringtone for group calls.

WhatsApp also introduces new animation stickers. The animation will play in a loop up to 8 times.

Long animated stickers will have a lesser loop time.

Another update includes UI improvements for voice calls. In this update, all the buttons moved to the bottom of the display.

WhatsApp will soon start the camera shortcut. In this new UI, you will see the document, camera, gallery, audio, location, and contact shortcuts.

All these provide an advanced search feature for Android users. It easy for users to filter the search by using different kinds of media shared on the app. Users can easily search for links and documents as well.

All these features are part of the beta version. However, the company continues to refine the feature before officially rolling out for users.
