Apple just launched a new Twitter account which is dedicated for its customers, and it aims at marking presence on the social media platform. Now customers can immediately get the response from Apple if they are facing any issue with their device.  They cross 1 lakh followers

It will also provide online troubleshooting steps to the customers who are facing issues with their device. This move became instantly famous on twitter as it recorded over 50k followers instantly.

Apple has the biggest customer base in the world, and this move can add more customers because Apple it known for the services and this is a big leap towards building more customers.
