According to Max Weinbach from XDA-Developers has leaked the price details of upcoming Samsung latest smartphone and devices including Galaxy S20 Series, Galaxy Z Flip, and Galaxy Buds plus.
Samsung Glaxy S20 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra are going on Sale 6th March 2020.
According to rumors, the starting price will around $1300. The phone will feature with IP68 Water -resistance and run on the Android 10 Operating system.
S20 Ultra Camera: 108MP main wide + 48MP Telephoto + 12MP Ultra-Wide + T0F Back Cameras, 10x Optical Zoom, whereas the Front Camera would be 40MP. Available with 5000mAh battery.

Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip will likely launch on February 14th. It retails at $1400. It's possible it is an AT&T exclusive again, but this time it might be a timed exclusive. It will also be available unlocked.
